Yogol Travel & Events is a subsidiary of Global Butterfly Travel LLC. We specialize in the design, planning, and curation of History + Culture, Spa + Wellness, and Adventure alternative group travel experiences.

Our clients are freedom seekers who are self-assured, intellectually curious, personable, respectful, hard working women, and men with a strong sense of adventure, who are interested in feeding their mind, body, and spirit through travel experiences.

Group Travel leaders, Solo Travelers, single or married hard working professionals, that march to the beat of their own drum, and are interested in venturing beyond traditional travel, and embracing something new.

The average age range of our travelers will be 21-70, for all tours including alcohol, minimum age requirement will be 21 years old and older.

Yogol Travel & Events is committed to providing a thoroughly researched travel quote with exceptional accommodations, resort/vendor client service, and available location activities, as top priorities. Our focus is the luxury alternative travel experience!

Yogol Travel & Events will:

Thoroughly research your travel request (average 4 hours spent per quote).

Only provide quotes for 4 star and above accommodations unless an exception is requested.

Provide detailed electronic travel quotes within 5 – 7 business days or less.

Recommend “cancel for any reason” travel protection and excursions/activities.

Acquire each guest desired room choice based on availability.

Create and provide an online invoice link enabling automatic monthly payments via Major Credit Cards for all travelers.

Collect payments and provide balance updates & receipts.

Send the payment reminders and details on their hotel accommodations and destination.

Manage the travel site information; including how to make payments, payment deadlines, hotel details, etc.

Coordinate round-trip airport transfers for each guest booking their hotel accommodations with Yogol Travel & Events.

Book group flight for 10 or more people flying from the same city, unless otherwise stated in trip details, each person is responsible for booking their own flight unless prior arrangements are made.

Assist with individual or group excursions/activities.

Charge payment late fees equal to $100 for any payments not received within 5 days of the payment due date.

Cancel reservations without refund if you fail to make a payment for 30 days without any communication to us.

Yes, we provide quotes for all individuals & private groups.

Yes, the dates just cannot conflict with any other tour we have planned. The group must be a minimum of 10 people of age 21 and older. Contact us via email info.@yogol.travel.

Yogol Travel & Events is a professional service provider holding travel industry, and project management certifications.  We maintain the aforementioned credentials and certifications along with industry knowledge and know how via continued extensive travel & project management training, seminars, mentoring sessions, site visits, and cruise tours.  We are customer service driven and dedicated to a high level of client serviced demanded by busy corporate executives, the emerging affluent and affluent clients that desire to assign the detail to a professional, so they can simply reap the rewards of a well planned and executed travel experience. Yogol Travel & Events focuses on the quality of the client experience by providing the highest level of client service during the sale, during the trip experience and after the trip experience which caterers to our client – we are not a drive-thru travel agency.

Prices of our tours are variable and seasonal, so they do change according to the time of year, currency fluctuations and vendor pricing.

Travel documentation will be emailed to you within 2 weeks of your scheduled departure.

** Quotes for 1 – 4 passengers require a non-refundable $50 deposit for a single departure and destination; quotes for 5 or more passengers require a non-refundable $100 deposit for a single departure and destination. All travel deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable we highly recommend travel protection. **

No, your original quote fee is valid for 30 days. If a trip reservation is not finalized within 30 days, a new quote fee will be requested to provide additional quotes

Yes, Yogol Travel Events are open to everyone worldwide, just know that you are responsible for all visa/documents requirement to travel to the chosen destination.

When you purchase a tour using with a payment plan, a one-time deposit is due at purchase. You will then receive invoices via the same email and contact information you provided at booking. Payments will be monthly on or about the same day of the month you made your first payment. All payments must be made manually by the invoice deadlines. Failure to pay an invoice on time or within 48 hours of the deadline will result in a $100 late fee, and after 30 days your spot will be canceled automatically with no refund.

The number of payments is based on how many months there are from the time you book to the final payment date. You will see your exact payment plan before you make your payment.

Yes, GB Management and Consulting, LLC One and Yogol Travel & Events will email you payment reminders the beginning of every month if you are enrolled in our monthly payment plan. You will also receive an email confirmation after each payment is processed every month.

GB Management and Consulting, LLC and Yogol Travel and Events online merchant company complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), a set of comprehensive requirements developed by the major card brands to facilitate consistent data security measures. In order to protect your information, GB Management and Consulting, LLC and Yogol Travel & Events doesn’t store your credit card information, but for guests enrolled in monthly payment plans our credit card processing company does.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover.

*Please note that all purchases are non-refundable. Please try to make sure that you can attend a trip before booking it. *

It is your responsibility to sell your spot to someone else 21+ of age and contact us immediately in the event you can no longer attend a booked trip. Not all is lost, however! We strongly encourage you to purchase comprehensive cancel for any reason insurance (CFAR) within 10 days of your purchase, so that you'll be able to recover your investment from your insurance provider, should you need to cancel. This Link provides access to a variety of comprehensive cancel for any reason insurance options. Many CFAR insurance plans include medical insurance.

COMPREHENSIVE CANCEL FOR ANY REASON INSURANCE MAY ONLY BE AVAILABLE TO CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND CANADA. CITIZENS OF OTHER COUNTRIES MAY NOT BE ABLE TO RECOVER THE COSTS OF THEIR EXPERIENCE IF THEY HAVE TO CANCEL AFTER PURCHASING.

We have to prepay vendors for the experience; therefore, we cannot offer refunds after participants make deposits. However, your travel insurance should cover multiple situations in which you may need to cancel your trip

Yogol Travel & Events offers several payment plan options. We strongly suggest that you should make every effort to make a payment every month unless prior arrangements have been made with the agency.

Because we do not provide refunds, any deposit made with our payment plans will NOT BE REFUNDED. As mentioned before, if you can no longer please contact us as soon as possible, find a replacement (sell your spot to someone else) and let us know because we will need their names to be registered instead of yours. Also, if you do not believe that you will find a replacement on time, please purchase a travel insurance as mentioned above, just in case, so you can recover your payment from the insurance company.

You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for an single occupancy room rate.

Absolutely, you can make reservations on any event at any time as long as the reservations are still open. Pricing, and deposit amount may differ depending on how much time is left before the trip begins. You will need to make the first deposit and then make payments based on your select payment option type.

You are responsible for booking your own flight to your Yogol Travel & Events destination, if it is not included in the package price you pay. Although the majority our trip prices do not include international flights to and from the start/end cities, it does include transportation while on your experience, accommodations, most meals, a onsite host, all activities listed on the itinerary, an accompanying photographer and tons of inclusions.

Airfare isn’t included for a few reasons:

Choice: We want you to have the ultimate choice when booking your airfare. Whether you want to scour the internet to compare the lowest fare, book first-class airfare on your own, or want the convenience of our help, the choice is yours with Yogol Travel & Events.

Flexibility: Looking to arrive to your travel destination a couple days (or months) before your trip begins, or want to stay longer after it ends?

By not including international flights with rigid departure dates in your trip price, you have the flexibility to do it your way. We’ll inform you of the start and end times of your trip, making it easy to book flights on your own or with us.

Double occupancy simply means that there will be 2 people in the room. Our double occupancy accommodations will most likely have 2 queen beds in the room if you booked double occupancy and coming solo, a roommate will be assigned to you for the duration of the trip. ALL LISTED PRICES ON OUR WEBSITE IS PER PERSON, regardless if there are 1 or 2 travelers in the room.

Yes, if you booked double occupancy, you can request your roommate of choice if you are traveling with someone else, if not a roommate will be assigned to you. Yogol Travel Experiences are designed to encourage community.

Yes, we can arrange for roommate matching on select travel packages. Each travel event will list if roommate matching is available. If roommate matching is indeed available and you are thinking about traveling solo, and looking for some like-minded travelers to roommate with, this is what you need to do:

  • Submit Roommate Matching Request Form

Please keep in mind that you will be responsible finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for single room occupancy, if your roommate does not fulfill their contract.

While we encourage room sharing to create a sense of community, we understand that some people aren’t comfortable with a roommate arrangement. To have your own room, please book single occupancy, it is more expensive than Double Occupancy.

Absolutely! The More the Merrier! However, all spaces are first come first serve, if your friends do not book before we sell out, they will no longer be able to join.

Accommodations for the duration of the trip, all activities listed on the itinerary, most meals (see itinerary for exclusions), Airport pickup and drop off, local transportation in-country, multilingual host, guide and photographer are included. Alcoholic beverages (depending on the trip), incidental room charges in hotels and homes, travel insurance, international flights, and individual activities on your free days are not included.

Travel medical insurance is required. For travel medical insurance, our minimum insurance policy coverage for medical emergency evacuation and repatriation is USD $100,000 (or equivalent in other currencies). We will verify that all travelers have such insurance in place and coverage as per the requirements listed above.

We recommend the Insuremytrip , Travel Insurance World Nomads marketplace where you will find a variety of travel insurance options. You have the choice to use any travel insurance provider you'd like, as long as you send us proof of insurance at least one month before the scheduled departure. Failure to provide accurate proof of insurance prior to attending our trips will result in cancellation.

Please note many comprehensive cancel for any reason insurance plans include medical insurance.

Due to the involved logistics, we do not offer refunds - therefore we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive cancel for any reason insurance. By having comprehensive cancel for any reason insurance, you will have peace of mind knowing you are covered in the event of an emergency before or during your  vacation experience. Insuremytrip and World Nomads are websites we recommend that offer a variety of comprehensive cancel for any reason insurance plans that will allow you to cancel your trip and obtain a refund from the insurance provider.

It depends. Currently, several destinations require a visa for U.S Citizens. For potential customers who aren’t U.S. Citizens, please use this free tool to determine your Visa requirements (Click Here) for other KT destinations. We recommend you look into this as soon as possible to avoid last minute visa request fees or have your visa request denied.

Travel documentation will be emailed to you within 2 weeks of your scheduled departure.

Please email name change information to agency. Any name changes to a reservation will incur a minimum fee of $50 up until the final payment date and $100 after final payment date. Payment is required prior to any changes being made.
